If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Emerald Prairie Home has a 30-day return policy from the day that you receive your order. Please contact us at [email protected] to start your return and we will provide a full refund. 

If for some reason your product container breaks, liquid becomes discolored, or omits an unusual odor we offer a 60 day exchange policy. Please submit a return using at [email protected] and receive a store credit to choose a replacement product. 

Replacements

We offer a free replacement flairosol bottle if the product breaks within 30 days of receiving your order. If you encounter an issue with your flairosol spray bottle within this time frame, please send us a message, and we will be happy to send you a replacement.
